How do I reinstall software from the ubuntu software center that I have already paid for?

I paid for and installed a copy of Illumination Software Creator from the Ubuntu Software Centre awhile ago and since then have needed to format afew times. It used to let me log in and install it again after a format but on the later ubuntu (12.04) it takes me to the credit card section. Does anybody know if I need to pay for this again?

I suggest you report a bug.

followed by the name of the software should start the process.

This is a users forum. I don't think anybody here regularly represents Canonical so sorry we can't help further.

Make sure you're logged into your account then click the file button at the top, and then the reisntall previous purchases option.
