remove adobe flash that was closed before finishing loading.

I tried to load adobe flash player and closed it before it had finished loading and now help asks me to manualy run 'sudo dpkg-- configure-a'. How do i do this.

Just open a terminal (either by pressing Ctrl+Alt+t) or using the applications menu. Normally at least gnome-terminal and xterm should be automatically installed on any system) and type in
sudo dpkg --configure -a
followed by a press on the <return> key.
This should trigger the package system to resume any interrupted tasks.
