Never got the game I bought

I recently attempted to purchase Uplink for my laptop and while it SAID my payment was denied, it was still deduced from my bank account. This is NOT THE FIRST TIME this has happened to me either, this is actually my second time buying it (due to an error of some kind) which I'm also rather irate about but thats another issue.

The program was NOT installed
was NOT shown as purchased
I CANT use the 'reinstall purchased programs' function because it doesn't show up.

someone help, preferably someone who can bloody let me down load this somehow so I dont feel so bloody cheated.

I suggest you report a bug

in a terminal enter

ubuntu-bug software center

this will start the process. Include as much detail as you can:

- Software you purchased

- When

- What happened when you tried to install.

There appear to have been a few problems like this but they are usually resolved quickly
etc
