ubuntu software centre : no intall button

In ubuntu software centre for most of application no intallation button is there, only use this source is showing and that also does not work after one or two second.

try to add it to the repository, I'm in my job and I don't remember the exact phases but you can treat that as another webpage

Can you give the output of:

sudo apt-get update; lsb_release -a
