IN general Microsoft software wont run under Linux and Linux software wont run on Windows.

However, there is something called wine. Thake a look here

http://appdb.winehq.org/

No guarantees however, wine lets some windows programs run under Linux but not all

Wine is in the software centre

Hello ,

another option might be the VirtualBox. You can install the package and then install windows to the virtual box . You can run everything ,windows will work like on a natural environment , although virtualbox is not so good for games. (cuz of virtual graphics card and processor).

Documentation of virtualbox here : https://www.virtualbox.org/wiki/Documentation

You can download and install VB from here : https://www.virtualbox.org/wiki/Downloads

Also an open source version of VirtualBox included in Ubuntu. Virtualbox-ose. You can install it directly from Ubuntu-Software-Center.

Thanks
