If you just want to look at network traffic then I would recommend "Wireshark"

You can install it from a terminal by typing

sudo apt-get install wireshark

or you can find it in the software center. Note in order to cpature packages however you either need to configure users as explaned in the note for debian users that comes with it or run as administrator by typing

sudo wireshark

If you intend to use it a lot I definatley recommend the first option

If you specifically want cisco packet tracer see here

Can you help with this problem?
