Is this software compatable with Ubuntu. Only versions I could fine, are for Windows. Are you going to use Wine?
If you give some more information, such as what site you are downloading from, also what version of Ubuntu you are using, will help get answers you need.

actually i want to compose my assignment in urdu language ....em not getting how...for dis i need d software ??? like fr english typing we have microsoft word ....like dis i want somethig fr urdy typing ??

You don't need inpage for that. Just install Urdu Keyboard Layout (From CRULP) by going into System Settings -> Keyboard layout. After installing keyboard layout you can type urdu anywhere inside Ubuntu, Now you can use Libre Office for your Urdu assignments. You can additionally install Nastaliq fonts for Urdu also.
