i have been trying to install plex media server which is an app that costs 0.00 but when i click to buy i get Unable to load page

Problem occurred while loading the URL https://apps.ubuntu.com/cat/tos/plain/

Cannot resolve proxy hostname ()

i have a software center account

Can you access the web ok?
Do you use a proxy for web access?
Can you give the output of:

lsb_release -a; uname -a; apt-cache policy software-center

yes my internet acces is good
no i dont use a proxy

 ijust noticed that im getting the same problem while using the gwibber client when accessing facebook to authorize

i have typed the address into my browser and the page loads just fine but there is no option to accept or decline the terms of service in my browser and the the accept option is greyed out in software center still

The commands are in English though. My french is basic at best and I can see what is going on. As it's too hard for you to find an online translator I will do it for you....

wget http://plexapp.com/repo/pool/main/p/plex-archive-keyring/plex-archive-keyring_2.0.0_all.deb

sudo dpkg -i ./plex-archive-keyring_2.0.0_all.deb

sudo apt-get update

sudo apt-get install plexmediaserver

thank you very much for ur patience but i cant get the hang for the terminal as i only get to use it rarely i kinda need step by step instructions please dont worry if u are busy tho and thanks for all ur help so far
