how to stream video from Ubuntu to android phones

Is there any application to stream video from Ubuntu 12.04 to android smartphones?

Something like Qloud

I have tried Qloud on wine but it doesn't seem to work

2. Install Samba and configure shares
3. Install ES File Explorer (free) on your Android-device.
4. Install a video player (Rock Player free or MX Media player) on your Android-device.
5. Launch ES File Explorer. On the top left corner, click on the icon and select LAN.
6. Menu -> New -> Scan. Locate the IP of your NAS-disc.
7. Tap on that IP, brows trough your NAS and chose the file you’d like to watch.
8. Enjoy.

The first option works like a charm

Second option I got a fail running the installation

Unable to locate package libavcodec-unstripped-52

I will stick to first option for now and I will investigate the fail
