having trouble downloading a web pg Hawkeye loft management system it keeps on saying error when trying to download. need help please

I am trying to download a system that I bought.

The system is from comproware.com / Hawkeye loft management system they send me a link to download the system but every time that I try to download it keeps on saying that an error occurred while downloading the archive (command line output).

How can you guys help us, and why having so much trouble trying to do an download.

We been trying a few days now to do the download and have not been able too.

Also I keep on sending this company an email letting them know I can not do the download and no respond yet.
