how to install nerolinux4 on ubuntu 11.04

I am using ubuntu 11.04(natty)
kernel linux 2.6.38-13-generic
gnome 2.32.1

i tried to install nero linux 4 from nero site
Nero Linux 4 - Trial version
Download
nerolinux-4.0.0.0b-x86.deb (17 MB)
but while installing using ubuntu software center showing error report - The package doesn't provide a valid Installed-Size control field. See Debian Policy 5.6.20.
