How can I load Adobe Flash onto my UBUNTU computer?

I have downloaded Adobe Flash as a Tar file through the archiver app. But It doesnt allow me to use the package loader.

You haven't to download anything for install flash on your PC with Ubuntu, do this:
1. Open a terminal by hitting CTRL + ALT + T
2. Insert and run this command:
sudo apt-get install flashplugin-installer

3. Enjoy

Remember that you can install program through the Ubuntu Software Center, try it.
