how to make an iso image?

we can extract an iso image but how to make an iso image of those extracted files again?
i want to make an iso image file of my win 7 dvd how can i do that?

Ubuntu is the the only os installed on my system.i will have to use IE9 for some reason.it is not being installed using wine.My dvd room is out of order and this particular system is quite old one.i can't boot it from some flash drive.i wan't to make iso image on another pc and use it on this pc in virtual box to install win7.
it isn't my fault i don't know why most of the institutes,organisations prefer windows and make their products to work only on windows. in my case i want to access a (banking) website that can only b viewed in IE9.

i have burnt my ubuntu iso image on a dvd but wanannna know is there any way to make an iso image again using that dvd?
