Need help with installing bankid.com software

I'm using Ubuntu10.04 LTS and i downloaded this from the link down below and i don't know how to install it i need help to install it.

Extract it and in the folder you will see personal.sh which you can run.

adding to what actionparsnip said.
after you extract the file in nautilus (aka places menu), press CTL+ALT+T to get into terminal. inside terminal, go to the directory the file is saved in, then type

sudo run personal.sh
