How do I delete a app?

How do I delete my apps? I looked a answered questions, but I am new to Ubuntu 10.11 and do not know where to find anything, also, i know very little Ubuntu lingo. So how do i delet a app? Can you give me a step=b-step explination? Thanks

1. Press the super key on the keyboard (it's the key with the windows logo)
2. Search for "ubuntu software center" and hit enter
3. You have now started the USC. In this software search for an app and remove it.

REMEMBER: you can also install a lot of program with this software!!
