Where can I find a way to fill-in wishlist for software-center on launchpad.net?

So I've got some wishes for Ubuntu Software Center that are not bugs at all. Where can I say about it to devs or/and another interested people?

You can open a bug and change the status in 'opinion' or you can open an idea here:

Yeah, I know about brainstorm, but it seems like it's not quite popular
among Ubuntu developers. All the implemented features proposed in Ubuntu
brainstorm were announced on newsletters and some events and it seems like
no matter these features are in brainstorm, they are all would be
implemented in any case. :(

Hmm.. I suggest you to open a bug with status 'opinion', to open an idea on brainstorm and to send an email at the ayatana dev list: <email address hidden> with your idea.
