How do I add screenshots for packages not found in screenshots.ubuntu.com?

I'm trying to add a screenshot at the Ubuntu Software Center for the package "Frogatto", but I'm unable to find the package in screenshots.ubuntu.com . The Guidelines there say that non-free packages are not included, which makes sense since Frogatto's content is only "free as in beer", not "free as in freedom". Then again, the game "Braid" does have a screenshot in the Software Center, so is there another way to upload screenshots?

I would still want an answer - why do non-free "freeware" applications aren't allowed screenshots, but commercial apps are?
