I need instructions on how to install adobe flash player when ever I install it doesn't go through

close your browsers, open a terminal then type: sudo apt-get install flashplugin-installer

If you use fire fox they have an extention that gets and installs flash for you. It adds a button to the toolbar next to search . It helped me. I could not do it otherwise. Called Flash Aid
