Installing flash player in 10.04

Asked by Harold Stansfield

Trying to install Adobe flash player for firefox in 10.04. Questions: which adobe download do I want? (I think I want the .apt file for 10.04). When I try to download, it asks which software do I want to use to open the .apt file? Once I get that far, how do I install the plugin to firefox?

Sorry, i'm very tired. It's not "flashplugin-installer" but "sudo apt-get install flashplugin-installer".
