Hi:

I believe that the only application for Linux to do video calls using the Yahoo! Messenger protocol is GYacheE. Its interface is ugly, but it's the most complete and best Y! Messenger implementation in my opinion.

There's a repository here at Launchpad which has it compiled: https://launchpad.net/~adilson/+archive/experimental .
