There are lots of Firefox extensions to do that. You don't need a Windows program for that. If you want a download manager, in software center search for "tucan".
I also like JDownloader.

Why not just use youtube-dl. It's in the repos already....

the browser addon video downloadhelper will let you download vids from youtube and hundreds of other sites. you can save the vids to any directory you want and it preserves the filename.
