cannot install games and some software

when i click install button of any games or software a dialogue box appear which read as 'Requires installation of untrusted packages'. when i click ok nothing will happen,nothing will be installed

just use the command line if you have problems with the software center:

sudo apt-get install xyz

to install any xyz application

1) Please retry to update the packages list from terminal (Application→Accessories→Terminal) type:

sudo apt-get update

the system ask you a password give your user password, you will not see nothing when you type it, then press enter

2) then if you not get connection errors, from previous command; type:

sudo apt-get dist-upgrade
