Finding "software sources" under systems

I am trying to download WINE so I can get iTunes on my computer but I cannot find "software sources". It is suppose to be under systems>Administration>software sources. Am I looking in the wrong place and what can I do?

Itunes under wine is pretty broken.

Try using alternate software instead:

FYI, Software Sources has been removed from the menu in 10.10, you can get to it through the Update Manager (click on Settings), or via Synaptic (or add it back if you prefer to have it separate)
