Why are you not able?

How are you not able?

Exactly what have you tried?

What was the result?

Google: ubuntu adobe flash player

Produces, top of list, "Installing Flash on Ubuntu" http://www.psychocats.net/ubuntu/flash

...or the easier method, connect to the Internet, open a Terminal and issue the command: sudo apt-get install ubuntu-restricted-extras
...this will install a bunch of useful stuff.

You can install the flash player by entering the following command in your terminal:
$ sudo apt-get install flashplugin-nonfree

[Now it will ask you to enter the root password , once you entered the password it gives you option [Y/n]. Press Enter or Type Y and Enter it will download the flash player and installs in your machine]

Try it out :)

Here is what happens to me:

ubuntu@ubuntu:~$ sudo apt-get install flashplugin-nonfree
E: Could not get lock /var/lib/dpkg/lock - open (11: Resource temporarily unavailable)
E: Unable to lock the administration directory (/var/lib/dpkg/), is another process using it?
