Hi!

You can delete any program in Applications > Ubuntu Software Center, or System > Administration > Synaptic Package Manager. Just find the program that you want to delete, and mark it for uninstallation.

If you want to delete temporary internet files for Chrome, you can do it in Chrome options. Select "Advanced" tab, and click on "Delete browsing data".

you can use software center to remove any software installed via a deb package. You will clear the temp files using the browser itself or you can use bleachbit (watch your settings or it'll clear browser settings you want to keep)

New to Ubuntu: read the Ubuntu Manual, it's very informative: http://ubuntu-manual.org/
Click on the "download Button" to download the latest PDF version.
