Can't setup software from Ubuntu Software Center

When I Try to Install any Software from Ubuntu Software Center its shows "Package dependencis cannot be resolved".

What Should I do now??

But faced this problem before. While someone give me a terminal command, then my problem was solved. But I lost this blog so Please Have any command to u that resolve this problem??
Anyway I'm using Ubuntu 10.04

You skipped the very last command of the procedure.

So what is the output of the last command which is this one?

LANG=C;sudo apt-get update -o APT::Cache-Limit=25165824 && sudo apt-get dist-upgrade
