Does someone know why in my "ubuntu software center" doesn't appear the "install" button when I choose a program to install?

i have changed you question to the right package

if you click an application once it should expand and shows you 2 options More Info and Install
one in the right and the other to the left end

if that didn't work for you
try double clicking this should open show you more information about the package and the install button
