I need a flash player for google chrome,using ubuntu 9.10

i need a flash player for Ubuntu 9.10,i am using google chromium as my web browser.I really dont want to use firefox,in fact i almost refuse! I have not been able to find anything for this as the adobe site doesnt have an option for 9.10 or for chromium.I have no problems using google chrome and adobe in my win xp set up..plz help!if i have to open a terminal and such,ill need some good directions since i dont have a clue at this time upon how to do that !
