snapper package

pre/post snapshots description needs more info like package name

The latest snapper on Ubuntu 23.04 includes an autosnap feature that takes a pre and post snapshot when APT is used to install a package. However the description in the snapshot only says 'APT'

IMO, it would be better to include the name of some or all of the packages that apt was installing.

This is what snap-pac does for Archlinux based distros with pacman package manager.

It would be a great improvement for Ubuntu.
