Upgrading skype for Linux

Trying to upgrade skype 2.0 to skype 2.1 for Linux. The installer will not overwrite the old version and don't know how to uninstall the old thinking it may install?

Per avviare Skype ed avere una visualizzazione corretta e non capovolta, debbo digitare da terminale la seguente stringa:
LD_PRELOAD=/usr/lib/libv4l/v4l1compat.so skype
volendo creare una icona d'avvio per evitare di scrivere la stringa tutte le volte, cosa debbo fare??
