Ubuntu 10.04 - skype.

I can't recieve mp3 files on skype.After I "accept" the mp3, the transfer instantly fails.

when i try to downolad a file it gives me "failed - could not write to the file"
@ationparship: should I put a sudo between the ;; ? I'm sorry, but I/m an absolute beginner.

Could you go on folder where skype save files (I don't use skype, so I don't which it is) and run "ls -ld ."
No, you have not to add sudo before Andrew's command.
