simple backup problems

when I try to restore from my backup I can never find the files. There are a bunch of folders that look like backups, but I don't know how to work with them.

folder names are such as:

2011-05-19_08.30.30.404676.jack-desktop.ful

where the dates are different at weekly intervals from May through Sept, but stop then.

I don't useSimpleBackup. Perhaps you can restore files only via SimpleBackup software. It's the case for DéjàDup.
