Drivers for Canon pixma MP560 are given in indian site http://www.canon.co.in/
Go to support and download.
1. Choose a product category -- Multifunctional printer
2. Choose a product series -- Pixma
3. Choose a product model -- Select PIXMA MP568 'Here MP560 is wrongly given as MP568'
4. Choose type of document -- Select Drivers and softwares
Will be taken to a new page with all drivers of this model
On Right handside of the page OS are given, select Linux OS from them.
It will display all the drivers of MP560 of linux

Hope this will solve your problem

Alternatively, you can try new version of turboprint and it supports the MP560 (http://www.turboprint.info/).
