Add support for Google Double-Step Validation

Double-step validation doesn't seem to be supported in Shotwell 0.11.6, which is normal since this feature has recently been added by Google. This lack of functionality prevents users to connect to their picasaweb accounts and publish albums.

I guess that a lot of people will migrate to this new authentication system so maybe this feature should be added to an upcoming version of Shotwell?
