How can I find images by resolution, or maybe color?

Is there a way to search images by resolution or by the predominant color?
The resolution is important if you want to search for images you want to use as a wallpaper, for instance.

It's not possible to search by resolution in Shotwell, though we'd like to add this:

Searching by predominant color mightbe a nice feature too. I've added that suggestion to the ticket above.
