how do I move pictures from missing files in shotwell to another file

I have pictures in the missing files folder in shotwell and cannot retrieve them to be able to print them.

Hi Billy,

By definition, if the files are in the "Missing Files" folder, then the original image files are no longer available to Shotwell, so you can't open them, edit them, or print them, since the underlying image data is unavailable. A better question is this: what caused your image files to go missing in the first place, and can you get them back? For example, have you manually deleted or moved files in your ~/Pictures folder or have you been using another photo management application besides Shotwell that might've deleted or moved files?
