Administrator Account problem in Ubuntu

Dear All,
Greetings!
I have installed Ubuntu 12. Then i installed wine on ubuntu for windows application. The .exe files are installing well. I am installing cyber cafe pro. Whenever i use to launch it, it is asking for administrator username and password. In windows it takes automatically. whenever i put my administrator account and password, it says :-
"The username specified is not an Administrator Account. You must select an Administrator Account."

I suggest you don't use Windows apps like this, there are plenty of opensource web cafe solutions available. What does the cyber cafe pro software actually do?

it is a cyber cafe handling software (like we can handle the clients
through the server). We can do the billing.
if there is a free cyber cafe handling software, please do let me know.
