i deleted my password now i cant open my password thing to put my password back

i seleted my user administatror password and now i can't open my user account to put back the password on the administrator

so how do i ?

i cant do anything cause all the things i know how to do need a password i don't know what to to fix this

I don't completely understand your question. By default you have to use the same password as during login time.

I understand, that also happened to me, you have to do is: make a backup of everything, and ... reinstall ubuntu.
