I too, bought this computer used, and cannot do any upgrades without an authentication password. Can you instruct me how to change it.

I bought this computer used, and cannot update any software without a password. Can you instruct me on changing the password. I need an Adobe Flashdrive to watch videos and the computer has none. Ever time I try to download the newest version it asks me for a Authentication Password. I have no idea who the former owner was, so can't get it. Thank you! Looking forward to your response.
