from command line i try to enter as root user but he ask me a password which password i am not set password for root user when installation?

the password is the same password you set when you install ubuntu.

you can reset the password by following this guide
http://www.psychocats.net/ubuntu/resetpassword

note that when you type in your password in terminal, you will not see what you are typing, this is normal.
