Password lost on Ubuntu 10.10

Hi, all! I tried to change the passwd of my wife (same IP), she have an Ubuntu 10.10, me 2 x Ubuntu 11.04.

I do somenthing false because now she can directly open her's Ubuntu 10.10 but all the time she must enter she's passwd, impossible to do anything, and a little red triangle figures on the toolbar high on the right hand.

What can I do?

Every day she could install pacages and Oneiric Ocelat but she cant. Help, please!

She have Ubuntu on german, me in french, so we have some problem with technical things and langage. Thank You for your answer
