can not download gbond will not take my password

I am trying to install G Bond and when it asks for password mine will not work
also when I go away from the computer it will not let me on unless I shut it down and start from scratch.

I did find out my problem. The man who loaded this Ubuntu for me gave me the wrong pass word.
I got the right one and no more problems.
