Whatever you typed when asked for it during setup.

If you can't remember, boot off the live CD and look on the hard drive of the machine in /home. There will be a directory there with the name of the user you set up. Getting the encrypted password is a little more complicated - it might be easier to re-install.

The Ubuntu official live install cd have not any user and password.

If you are talking of the user and password YOU HAVE SET at installation, you can discover the user name and reset the password to a new value
