How do I setup SMTP Auth for default SENDMAIL/CYRUS

I am trying to setup SMTP AUTH for SENDMAIL/CYRUS on Ubuntu 6.10 server. Specifically, I'd like to setup TLS encryption. I can't seem to find the source packages, either, for all the sendmail packages, and the cyrus packages.
