Ubuntu computer can access windows7 computer in workgroup but windows computer doesn't see ubuntu computer on network

I can open shared files on my Ubuntu computer that are on my windows 7 computer. But my Ubuntu computer doesn't show up on windows 7 computer network.

Share folders with samba and it will be visible. If you run:

sudo apt-get -y install samba

it will install for you
