Where is seahorse-plugins package?

This package is available in synaptic in Ubuntu 10.04 but not in Xubuntu 11.10.

It is used by KMyMoney to decrypt a gnupg encrypted data file.

The name of package to install is seahorse-plugins from terminal:

sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get --reinstall install seahorse-plugins

The install failed:
