scite package

Please add the newest version of Scite (2.23)! So that I can run the apt-get command and install the latest version.

The current version of Scite is 2.23. There are major fixes, since 2.03.

I want to be able to run

sudo apt-get install scite

and have it install the absolute latest version.

Please fix this! Thanks
