can't type spaces using scim Ubuntu 15.10, 16.04

I can't input space character using scim in Ubuntu 15.10, 16.04 in some applications, like LibreOffice Writer, Firefox and others (For all layouts I've tested).
How this can be repaired?

I suggest you report a bug but Wily is only supported for one more month. You may want to upgrade to Xenial for continuing support
