Please provide the exact text of the error message.
What packages did you try downloading and installing?
I guess you need the following files:
userg_revQ_e.pdf
iscan-data_
iscan_2.

Your system is running the 32 bit version of Ubuntu, so you have to use the packages with the name *_i386.deb, not *_amd64.deb!
As far as I know you have to do the following:
Visit http://
Enter BX305F and click on the button that looks like a magnifying glass
On the page that opens you have to click on the 'Download' Button in the line "Scanner Driver Linux ... core package&data package" (the third line)
This will open another page, here you have to "Accept" the license agreement, and then a list of files will shown.
You have to download
iscan_2.
userg_revQ_e.pdf
iscan-data_
You should save them either on your desktop, or in a Downloads directory.
Next step is to open a terminal window (ctrl-alt-t)
Change directory to the directory where you stored the downloaded files
e.g.
cd ~/Desktop
or
cd ~/Downloads
or something like that.
Then issue the commands
sudo dpkg -i iscan-data_
sudo dpkg -i iscan_2.
Finally select all output of that terminal window, copy it and paste into this question document that we can see if everything went well, or what might have gone wrong.

You are on the right track, just some kind of typo error by connecting two different commands into one.
Please try again (should be three separate commands):
cd ~/Downloads
sudo dpkg -i iscan-data_
sudo dpkg -i iscan_2.
and copy/paste the output as done before

The output confirms that you have now successfully installed the iscan programs for your scanner.
The error message 'device busy' can be caused by access right limitations that should be automatically corrected by rebooting your computer.
Please reboot your system and try the commands
sudo sane-find-scanner
iscan
and report the outcome.

Hello!
I do not understand this report but our scanner works!
Thank you very much!

Re: "I do not understand this report"
In fact the command that you gave was not correct, you mixed two different commands, and thus the output does not provide useful information.
I requested to run
sudo sane-find-scanner
This should have identified your scanner.
And the command
iscan
should have started the scanning program
Your command
sudo sane-find-scanner iscan
tried to find a scanner named iscan (that of course does not exist on your system).
In any case if you can now use your scanner, running these commands is not necessary.
