cannot upgrade samba4 in natty

package samba4 4.0.0~alpha15~git20110124.dfsg1-2ubuntu1 failed to install/upgrade: subprocess installed post-installation script returned error exit status 1

any thoughts?

I need to access my NAS which is hard if samba4 doesn't ugprade..
I still cannot mount my server even though I see it...
